Pathways

If the outside plant network is going to extend beyond the property owned or controlled by the customer, leased lines may need to be purchased, or the need for a right of way may arise. The customer must either buy the strip of land or obtain written permission to continue an outside plant network outside his or her property’s boundaries is he or she is going to attach to a utility provider’s pole line, use a utility provider’s conduit, use public R/W or other access provider, or use a utility easement or private party land
